Managed by the Pousada do Rio Quente Hotel Standard, with 2,400 m2 of swimming pool, tennis courts, futsal, multi-sports court, wet bar, beach loungue, restaurant, playground, toy library, recreational facilities 7 days a week with daily program, sauna , SPA and Gym and 2 Convention rooms (1 for 120 people and 1 for 20 people).

The Condominium offers pool towels, free of charge and with daily change, upon return at the end of the period

Chairs, Table and Umbrellone Beach are provided by the Hotel.

Reveillon: this contract includes a contracted band and a table for the Host and firework show. Buffet and drinks, can be contracted directly with the Marulhos Restaurant.

Our accommodation fits into the reservation method known as the “pay per use” system, with cleaning / housekeeping, laundry and meals services at the discretion of the guest. Reserva muita tranquila, proprietários muito prestativos do momento da reserva até o check-out. Apartamento muito completo, com diversos utensílios que ajudaram no dia a dia, como garrafa de café, abridor de garrafa de vinhos, entre outros. Localizado num excelente resort, com atendentes muito educados e simpáticos. Recomendo muito e pretendemos voltar em breve a esse imóvel.

O Flat é espaçoso, bem ventilado, conservado e possui cozinha com utensílios. A limpeza do mesmo estava ok, a roupa de cama de boa qualidade, conservada e limpa. O atendimento prestado pelos anfitriões via whatsApp sempre que precisei, antes durantes as negociações, durante a hospedagem e após foi muito bom . Flat localizado em um resort que surpreendeu nossas expectativas, com uma ótima infra-estrutura, com troca de toalhas diariamente para utilização no flat, recreação infantil com brincadeiras monitoradas e piscinas para todos os gostos. Acesso a praia com facilidade. Com certeza se tiver oportunidade voltaremos. Parabéns pelo imóvel e atendimento.
